A typical engagement goes through the following process steps:

• Hogan, Social Styles or Career Leader Assessment and debrief (to help you identify your strengths and blind spots or to identify another career opportunity for you)

• Define the important requirements of your next leadership position and objectives

• Analysis and optimization of your CV (if needed)

• Development of cover letters to maximize the impact of job applications

• Access to a very senior sparring partner who can act as a sounding board, help with strategy and goal setting, co-create an action plan and keep you on target

• Optimization of LinkedIn profile, social media communication, executive recruiter communication

• Implementation of an effective career search strategy

• Review and coaching of your interviewing skills to maximize success

• Unlimited access via email/text during engagement with at least 15-hour turnaround

• Access to large network willing to help if needed (see my LinkedIn profile)

• Develop a plan for the first 90 days in your next job
